Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ebonyphonics.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Description of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your request.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized cards cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or with an error on our part. Personalized items may be final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page.
